Wine Guards Expands its Business
Wine Guards expanded the business and exported its production with the support of the Bank of Georgia.
Wine Guards is a wine cellar and Chateau located in Kakheti, Georgia. The company uses Qvevri technology to produce premium wine as well as Europian technology for non premium.
Wine Guards produces about 10 wines made from Rkatsiteli, Kisi and Saperavi grapes, the annual sale of which exceeds 50 tons on average.
"The main mission of our company is to produce a quality wine. From the harvest season to the final product, our team takes care of all the important details that ensure the highest quality wine. This is the reason why we chose the name "Wine Guards" for the company. Within the framework of the partnership with the Bank of Georgia, we were able to gradually strengthen the company. We bought pitchers, French wine barrels, equipment needed for the mechanization of the vineyard. Through the vineyard cultivated in the area, we sell wine in both local and export markets.", noted the co-founder of the company, Gigi Chichua.
