Tserti Starts Producing Dairy Products

The agricultural product brand, Tserti already launched dairy products on the market.

At the end of the last year, despite the pandemic, Tserti expanded its business and opened its second branch on Kazbegi Av. #15. The cafe and dairy factory are also located here.

According to the founder of Tserti, Beqa Gonashvili, the process of producing dairy products started 1 week ago.

"We process approximately 1 ton of milk, the capacity of the line is 1.5 tons, which means, that we are working at 70% load. Tserti prepares Sulguni, Imeruli Cheese, butter, etc. The process of producing is transparent for every customer. Our business is related to the farms, we have farmers who we are serving with our products, and we receive raw milk from them. Mainly, we cooperate with the enterprise located in Akhmeta, which has been our partner for several years.

As for the opening of the cafe, we are ready to receive guests, however, we are dependent on the pandemic, since we do not have an open-air space. In 2021, we plan to work on expanding our services and areas.", noted Beqa Gonashvili.

700,000 GEL was invested in the project in total.
