SO RE Flingern Founder is Opening a Wine Library in Dusseldorf

The SO RE Flingern restaurant is known for its authentic Georgian cuisine and has been attracting a growing number of customers in Dusseldorf since its opening 9 months ago. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Georgian dishes, including khachapuri (a cheese-filled bread), khinkali (dumplings filled with meat or cheese), and shashlik (grilled meat skewers).

Natia Torchinava, the founder of the restaurant, has been working hard to expand the business and introduce more people to Georgian cuisine. Partnering with the founder of the Wine Library bar in Georgia, Nazishka Khvtisiashvili, is just one of her latest endeavors.

Together, they plan to open a Wine Library bar in Dusseldorf, which will offer a selection of Georgian wines along with a cozy atmosphere and live music. The wines have already been sent from Georgia and will be featured at a wine tasting event on March 19th.

The opening date of the Wine Library bar is still unknown, but Natia Torchinava is confident that they will be able to make it happen. In the meantime, the SO RE Flingern restaurant continues to be a popular spot for those seeking a taste of Georgia in Germany, with plans for more events and tastings in the future.
