Scroll will soon launch an e-bike sharing service.
According to the head of business development of the company, Daniel Doinitsin, the work on the project is underway.
"Negotiations with our partners regarding the introduction of electric bicycles are ongoing. Probably, by the end of this year, and in the best case, by the end of October, we will be able to introduce electric bikes."
