Samzeo Kvareli - A New Wine Chateau to Open in Kvareli

Businessman Lasha Papashvili will open a wine chateau in Kvareli in 2 years with the $6 million investment.

According to him, construction works are already completed on-site, a part of the hotel will be opened in 2023, and the complete opening of the chateau is planned in 2-3 years.

The complex will have a cellar, a vineyard, and a 65-room hotel "Samzeo Kvareli". Lasha Papashvili has owned his own vineyard in Kvareli for years, which is located on 45 hectares, and as the businessman explains, it is in full compliance with international, premium class standards, which are determined by the yield per hectare and various parameters. He also makes wine from the harvest on site.

Kvareli Winery's wines are sold throughout Georgia, and the company makes 4 varieties of wine: Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kisi, and Khikhvi.
