Rustavi Mall Opens in 2023

A multifunctional complex "Rustavi Mall and Aparthotel" is currently under construction in Rustavi.

According to the co-founder of the investor company "New Mall", Guga Tsanava, they plan to open Rustavi Mall in 2023.

The multifunctional complex, the total investment of which is $10-15 million, will also include an aparthotel. The construction process has already been completed and negotiations with brands are currently underway.

"The opening of Rustavi Mall was postponed due to covid. Now we are following the processes according to the schedule. We have completed the internal planning of the building and we are starting negotiations with brands. It will be an area of ​​5,000 square meters, which will combine spaces that have not been in Rustavi before, including food ventures, entertainment centers, cinema, etc."
