"Pointer" is a product of the Georgian software company "Zencode" - specially for Georgian recruiters. In addition, ZenCode creates other unique products and provides users with various software services.

Initially, "Pointer" was formed as an idea in the Zencode team. The main challenge for the team was to create the most practical environment possible. Since there is no analogue of "Pointer" in the Georgian space, it was difficult to take an example. But after proper communication with experienced recruiting specialists, they met all the needs and combined all the stages of candidate selection in "Pointer".

The cloud platform unites vacancies, candidates, applications, self-branded candidate portal, reporting, virtual calendar, automated email, internal assignments, candidate tests and many other useful features to offer teamwork.

Zencode elaborated the idea that candidates had to undergo all the steps tailored to the company to meet its needs, namely by interviews or tech assignments. Therefore, the team has developed a handy tool by which the recruiter controls all stages be it evaluations, test answers, interview results, etc.

In addition, Pointer enables users to make notes, send email without leaving the system, bookmark appointments, sync with personal calendar, make assessments, and attach work files.
