Orbi Group Bakhmaro Continues Building Processes in Summer Despite the Pandemic

"Orbi Group Bakhmaro's building processes were temporarily stopped due to coronavirus outbreak.", declared Irakli Kverghelidze, director of Orbi.

The company bought 9 plots of land at a symbolic price in Bakhmaro to implement the investment of 50 million, perhaps, building processes are suspended now, since mainly foreigners are involved. According to Kverghelidze, the building is planned to be renewed from the Summer.

"It is natural, that pandemic has affected the processes because foreign specialists are involved in this project, who had to leave the country. When the borders will be opened, specialists will be able to arrive and we will continue to develop Bakhmaro in an active phase. All the details related to the construction are unchanged. We can't talk about the deadline yet, because we don't know when we will renew the working processes.", declared Irakli Kverghelidze.

As for the other projects of Orbi Group, at this stage, all construction works are completed in Bakuriani and the company has switched to Bakhmaro development plan.

The director of "Orbi" also marked out the regulations after the pandemic and noted, that all their hotels throughout Georgia will follow the rules set by the state and prevent the virus from spreading.
