Iakob Patarkatsishvili and his business partner, Shalva Omanadze plan to build an 8-story building in Ortachala.
According to the information published on the website of Tbilisi City Hall, the hotel will have approximately 112 rooms. The building will include a bar and restaurant situated on the 7th floor.
The project also envisages arranging a gym and swimming pool.
Architects decided to cover the facades with ceramic tiles, and aluminum cladding systems will be used in the stained glass windows.
