The two-story medical facility built in 1860, which was recently given the status of a cultural heritage monument, has now become a Newport hotel. The company Goodline purchased the building from a private company in 2018 and built 34-room hotel.
"The building has a status of cultural heritage monument. It is built in 1860, which was renewed in 1914. We restored the facade of the demolished building and returned it to its origin. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to open the hotel. Now we are dependent on opening the borders and waiting for the arrival of tourists. The hotel will be opened in February as we assume.", declared Nanuli Idadze, one of the partners of the company Goodline.
The project was implemented within the frameworks of "Enterprise Georgia". Its total investment price was approximately 3 million GEL. The design of the hotel is focused on French style.
