New District to Create in Tbilisi

New district will be created in Tbilisi. 5 million sq.m. area, located on the eastern slope of the Tbilisi Sea is designed for individual development.

According to the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, more than 2,300 individual plots of land will be arranged in the area for the construction of houses, which will also include bicycle lanes and recreational spaces.

School and kindergarten will also be arranged in the area.
