Neapolitan-style Pizzeria "Napoli" Finds Success in Tbilisi
Mamuka Kiladze, founder of "Napoli," a newly-opened Italian restaurant in Tbilisi, shares that the demand for their Neapolitan-style pizzas has exceeded expectations, prompting thoughts of future expansion despite initial challenges.
Kiladze reveals that the restaurant's success story began with a grant of GEL 30,000 from "Enterprise Georgia" to open their facility in Saguramo, which they supplemented with personal funds. With continued investment in expansion and growth, the restaurant now employs 17 people and offers customers high-quality Neapolitan pizzas, breads, pasta, appetizers, and sandwiches, all made with top-tier Italian ingredients.
Despite initial difficulties related to the shortage of qualified personnel, unstable market conditions, and lack of quality raw materials, Kiladze believes Napoli has established itself in the competitive market with its quality offerings and commitment to customer service. As demand continues to increase across all customer segments, the restaurant is already considering the possibility of opening new branches in the future.
