Mgroup Invests $7 Million in Kvareli Lake Expansion Project

The resort hotel "Kvareli Lake", which is run by the hospitality company "mgroup", is expanding with an investment of 7 million dollars.

According to the Business Development Director, Nana Mzhavanadze, the construction works are underway and the hotel will be able to receive guests by the end of 2022. 

The new hotel building will unite 60 rooms, a conference hall intended for around 200 people, a restaurant, lounge bar, 2 terraces, indoor swimming pool, spa, etc.



"We started working on the project at the beginning of 2020. The investment budget amounts to $7 million and we plan to employ additional 100 people.

We want to create another high-standard resort of different concept and design in the region. Thus, after the completion of this building, we have even bigger and interesting plans for the development of the area."

The company "mgroup" opened a new building in 2019 after the transformation of the hotel complex, which now employs 120 people and the hotel can accommodate 150 people.
