Mercury, Adjara Group's Holding Company, Acquires Gzavnili.com for Logistics Center Expansion

Mercury, a holding company owned by the Adjara Group, which owns popular brands such as VELI.store, "Scroll" and "Qari", has acquired the logistics company Gzavnili.com.

With over 12 years of experience in parcel transportation from the USA to Georgia, Gzavnili.com will become a vital component of the group's logistics center expansion.

The acquisition is a crucial step towards technological development for the Mercury ecosystem, with Gzavnili.com's well-established operating system and lowest transportation costs from the USA to Georgia in the market. Mercury's goal is to maintain and scale Gzavnili.com's existing infrastructure using their resources, adding long-distance shipment capabilities throughout Georgia and international parcel sending services.

The addition of Gzavnili.com will enhance VELI.store's assortment of more than 30,000 unique products by enabling faster delivery times through their own warehouse and vehicles, which take an average of three hours for delivery within Tbilisi. The acquisition will also enable the import of more products for the website.
