Laboratory of Innovative Technologies - New Project in Gori

"Laboratory of innovative technologies" will be opened in Gori. The author of the initiative is Soso Mezvrishvili, and the project is supported by the state program - "Enterprise Georgia". It is planned to recycle metal waste and collect tin and aluminum and other types of items for this purpose.

"Enterprise Georgia allocated us a grant of 30,000 GEL, which is added to our 20% participation, in addition, we continue to work with various investors who are interested in the production process and share our vision. The received metal will be processed (recycled) and various tourist items and accessories will be produced from it. In the future, we plan to cooperate with international and local large businesses, especially the ones that manufacture alcoholic beverages with aluminum cans. Initially, we are thinking of selling the produced items in tourist facilities and tourist shops in Gori municipality, and by summer we are planning to enter the market of Tbilisi, several municipalities of Kakheti and Batumi.", says Soso Mezvrishvili.

According to the author of the project, 80% of the production will be aimed at the tourist segment. Therefore, depending on the seasonality of production, it is planned to add services, which will generate new revenues for the enterprise. During the year, employment of up to 20 young people is expected as a result of the internship.
