Kotejebi.ge to Expand Wooden Cottage Production into Foreign Markets

Kotejebi.ge, a Georgian company specializing in wooden cottage production, plans to expand into foreign markets from next year.

According to the company's chief architect, Giorgi Mgeladze, exporting the cottages is more cost-effective than building them abroad.

Negotiations with several countries are already underway, with plans to start assembling the wooden cottages overseas from 2024.

The popularity of wooden cottages is increasing globally, and Georgia is no exception. The country boasts numerous places where locally produced wooden cottages can be found, made to international standards with water, fire, and termite-resistant protection. Kotejebi.ge uses mostly imported raw materials, which come with relevant quality certificates.

Established just three years ago, kotejebi.ge has completed over 230 projects to date.
