KOHI.GE Contracted to Build Cottages in EU Countries

KOHI.GE, the Georgian wooden cottages building company, has already received orders to build 9 wooden cottages in the EU. As noted by the company founder Irakli Lomidze, KOHI.Ge has already launched a new wooden cottages manufacturing-assemblage enterprise in Bulgaria.

“Our decision for opening a new enterprise in Bulgaria was taken amid growing demand for real estate on EU market. We registered the company and the plant in Bulgaria in May 2021 and we have already received specific orders from Poland, Germany, Austria, and Spain. We have already built one cottage in Bulgaria”, Lomidze said. We have positive expectations amid crediting boom in EU countries, whether the mortgage loans interest is below 1%.

The greater part of cottage parts are manufactured in Georgia and we use Russian wooden materials in our production, Irakli Lomidze said. According to Geostat, the National Statistics Service of Georgia, Georgia imported 1,456 tons of wooden materials worth $488,500 from Russia in the first quarter of 2021.
