Isari Ventures Launches $5 Mln VC Fund Initiative for Georgian Startups

In Georgia, Isari Ventures was officially established as part of the Paulsen family European investment holding. The event was hosted by Technopark.

Along with globally active investment activities, the projects developed in Georgia during the last 20 years of operation in the country include the following list: "Chateau Mukhrani", "Georgian wines and alcoholic beverages", "Frixx", real estate-related projects and others.

“Today we are establishing Isari Ventures to provide additional support for the fast-growing ecosystem of Georgian entrepreneurs bringing fresh thinking to the global challenges we are all facing. Isari Ventures will provide financial and strategic support to these enterprises and, using Isari’s network and resources, will help accelerate promising solutions regionally and beyond,” said Jean-Frédéric Paulsen, Director, and Board Member of Isari Ventures.

The initiative will be focused on creative Georgian founders who are now at the stage of "pre-product market fit".

Isari Ventures already invested in several startups, such as Phubber, Omofox, Kernel, and SMB.
