Our business model is commission-based per project, which varies from 15%-40% depending on a project. Crosscreators also offers agency services- making strategy for a brand and delivering Augmented reality content.Brands have two distinct pathways to reach consumers with augmented reality content.
How is AR technology developed?
There are various platforms where AR is being developed, it’s really complex and this is why our platform is helpful for those who don't have time and internal resources to have all the experts in house. Our international creators cover the whole AR landscape- From Social AR to Web/APP AR.
How has been the process of acquiring your clients and implementing the technology? Did you experience resistance?
We launched our platform in September and customers have been communicating with us directly there.
What have been your most exciting or successful projects?
We have 250 international creators who have done over 1000 AR projects: our client list consists of brands like: Fanta, Joop, Redbull, Mcdonalds, Saudi Airline, Formula and others. Big advertising agencies are using our services, therefore their client base is open for us.
Do you think enough companies are brave enough in utilizing augmented reality?
As you know, Classic advertising strategies have become ineffective. It’s getting harder and harder for marketers to capture their customer’s attention. That’s why big brands are using Augmented Reality in marketing to drive better results.
But there are many challenges producing AR, especially for SMBs: 8 out of 10 brands lack resources to Adopt AR:
- First of all, it’s complex
- It’s hard and time-consuming to find and manage creators
- Agencies are very expensive
So here comes CrossCreators resolving problems not only for brands but for creators as well.
What are the current limitations of augmented reality, and how much further can augmented reality go?
Augmented reality is for forward-thinking brands and is being used successfully in marketing e-commerce , education etc.
Augmented reality makes advertising interactive, this allows marketers to reach out to customers in totally new ways: Face Filters, games, portals, QR scan…
Advertisers regard AR as a marketing tool that can help engage consumers along all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to purchase.
How big of a role does AR play in business and enterprise today? What opportunities does AR open up for businesses?
Augmented reality is a method for layering digital content on real-world spaces. It adds to or enhances the natural world as one perceives through the natural senses. The information added by augmented reality includes image, sound, or vibration. It can highlight certain things, improve understanding of an event, or provide relevant data at the point it is needed. Over the last couple of years, AR showed vast potential for improving business processes and delivering information in the digital world.
AR remains one of the top innovations capable of actual business-driven application. The first companies to realize and apply it will gain an edge over the competition and/or actively occupy new niches. Meanwhile, those who avoid changes run the risk of falling behind.
