Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi to Receive First Guest in 2025

Hyatt plans to build Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi. According to the international hotel brand, they already formed a management contract with Alliance City. 

180-room hotel will be opened in 2025.

It is also worth mentioning, that Hyatt Centric appeared on the Georgian market for the first time, and this will be its ninth project implemented within the frameworks of Europe.

As Temo Bitsadze, the head of business development of Alliance Group mentioned with BusinessPartner, the project is a unique regional hub, which enables investors to keep up with the pace of business development and become a part of the global project.

Alliance Centropolis unites international brand hotel and casino, in which WTC exhibition center will be placed for the first time in the region. It also will include investment apartments, A-class business, and a trading center.

The project involves 10,000 square meters of recreational zones, high-class restaurants and bars, entertainment center and film theater, spa and fitness centers, swimming pools.

Currently, the investment price of the project is $380 million, however, its final total cost will be $450-470 million.

The financial partner of the project is Bank of Georgia.
