Gourmet Academy Invests 0.5 Million in Hospitality

Gourmet Academy opened two different food facilities in Tbilisi with an investment of 0.5 million GEL. Buffalo Grill and Khinkali Academy were launched in "Galeria Tbilisi" late in October.

Along with the restaurant, Buffalo Grill also includes a sports pub. Khinkali Academy, Buffalo Grill and Sport Bar can host 400 guests and currently employ 41 people.

Tamar Tsintsadze, the founder of Gourmet Academy told BM.GE, that the concept of the facility is premium fast food, which means delicious dishes, affordable prices and the best quality.

"After trips to Austria and Germany, we always missed their national dishes in Tbilisi, especially the ribs. That's why we decided to bring the real Bavarian taste to Tbilisi and opened Buffalo Grill. After several months of work, our chef has created a perfect recipe that we are very proud of. In addition, we must mention hot dogs, which we have acquired new and interesting flavors”, says Tamar Tsintsadze.

The head of the new catering establishments also emphasizes the difference between Buffalo Grill and "Khinkli Academy". According to her, the opening of facilities in the food space of "Galeria Tbilisi" showed the need for fast service and quick preparation of dishes in accordance with the location.

"It can be said that we combine fast food and premium dining. Unlike most of the facilities located in the shopping center, we offer our customers a comfortable space, where our team members meet all our guests with special attention and hospitality", Tamar Tsintsadze told BM.GE.

Gourmet Academy is confident that due to the positive feedback from customers since the opening, they will be able to establish the facility as a brand and hope to open restaurants in several new locations in 2023.
