Georgian Memory Plans to Export its Products to the U.S
Georgian Memory unites Georgian-themed accessories. The illustrations drawn on the scarves tell the stories of the history of Georgia, the culture, and traditions. Every scarf is placed in a branded box, which is accompanied by the brochure on both Georgian and English languages. It provides information on what connection has an illustration with the country itself.
"Our brand also launches another production line of scarves, which include paintings of Georgian modern artists. We try to popularize their work both in Georgia and abroad. During the quarantine, we had more time, so we added Georgian-themed tablecloths, hairpins, and hoods. In the near future, we plan to diversify our assortment. Our products with their branding, packaging, are interesting and memorable for foreign guests, which will remind them of our country.", noted the founder.
Georgian Memory declared with BusinessPartner, that switching to remote working was related to many difficulties. Apart from this, closing the trading facilities adversely affected the incomes of the company. The target audience of the brand are tourists apart from locals, thus flight restrictions reduced the demand by 30%.
Georgian Memory has its own stand in Tbilisi Mall. The products can be purchased online and are intended for the middle segment. The brand participates in exhibitions in different countries. Currently, the negotiations are underway to export the products to the United States.
