Georgian Caesar Dairy Company Plans to Export Cheese to the US and Canada

Dairy producing company Caesar plans to export 100 tons of cheese to the US and Canada this year.

According to its founder, Cezar Kakhadze, they have exported cheese to these regions for several years, and for 2022, they are increasing the volume because of an increased demand.

Several tons of cheese are sent to the international markets about once every 2 months.

An initial amount of investment in launching Caesar dairy company was half a million dollars. Located in Khulo and founded in 2016, the company imports raw milk from about 500 local farmers and processes about 10-15 tons of milk per day during the season. In addition to exports, "Caesar" dairy products are sold in online markets.

The company also holds a FSMA certification.
