"Geokhemsi" dried fruit and churchkhela is a healthy product made from Georgian fruit raw materials without sugar and without additives. We have family production, it has been two months since I started this business. The process of making dried fruit includes: washing-cleaning, cutting, placing on drying plates, packaging and marking after drying. I produce seasonal fruits, including apples, pears, oranges, kiwis and small cherries. The dried apple, with its amazing aroma and taste, is especially popular.
The dried assortment of "Geokhemsi", according to the size, is in three types of packaging. As for the prices, the big package costs 20 GEL, the small 10, there are also 50 and 100 gram packages, where each type of dried fruit is placed and the price starts from 2 GEL. Very soon we will offer customers several types of berries and various fruits: dried plums, watermelons, melons, figs and persimmons," - said Sofiko Goginashvili.
The future plan of the company is to make an enterprise, expand the range and enter the European market. The project was implemented with private investment.
