Fish Market and Restaurant Barbatus to Receive Guests in Tbilisi
Fish market and restaurant Barbatus recently started receiving guests at N70 Kostava Street in Tbilisi.
According to the co-founder of Barbatus, Levan Akhvlediani, the concept of the company is built upon both purchasing and tasting the product on site.
"We have an agreement signed with the fishermen in Poti. Thus, we receive products from them every day. As for the assortment, we have 25 species of fish from the Black Sea. Due to the season, 10 types of fish are constantly present.", noted Levan Akhvlediani.
The restaurant is fully oriented on fish and sea products.
As the co-founder futher declared, the interest in the restaurant is high.
"We have opened a market and a restaurant two weeks ago and we have a positive tendency. It turned out that there are too many fish lovers, however, this is a small period and can not be an accurate indicator. Statistics will be interesting after the Easter celebration."
It is planned to launch a delivery service and expand the brand throughout Georgia.
