Dorm to be Arranged on Tbilisi State Medical University Territory

The dorm will be able to accommodate more than 1200 students. It will be set up on the territory of 10,014 m2.

According to the information provided by the National Agency of State Property, considering electronic auction requirements, 8-15 m² is envisaged for each student. Usable space, with centralized power, sewerage system, air conditioning system and wireless internet.

The investor must operate the following infrastructure with his own costs, such as studying zone, laundry, fitness center, dining room, etc.

The starting price of the electronic auction is 75,000 GEL. The auction was declared on January 3rd and will be finished on the 1st of February.
