DEMIRÖREN Invests in the Construction of 5* Hotel Iveria in Tskaltubo

The company Demirören Holding plans to invest in the construction of a new 5* hotel "Old Iveria" in Tskaltubo.

Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili met with Chairman of Demirören Holding Ildiri Demiroren.

The company is considering investment opportunities in various areas, including the hospitality industry, real estate sector, energy and information technology.

According to the Prime Minister, there is a stable and favorable business environment for investors in Georgia, and low taxes and the unique location of the country make Georgia particularly attractive for foreign investors.

Vice President of Demirören Holding Ziya Alemdar, representatives of the holding's Supervisory Board - Sinan Oktay and Alaattin Aykaç, as well as "Lidya Group" chairman Kıvanç Oktay and Founding Partner and CEO of Petrocas Energy, Ivane Nakaidze attended the meeting held in the government administration.
