Degusto Plans to Expand the Business

"Degusto" plans to open food facilities in Batumi and Bakuriani.

According to the head of "Degusto", Sandro Norakidze the opening of "Degusto" in Batumi and Bakuriani is considered by the end of 2023.

"This is a long-term plan, and in 2022 the focus will be on the further development of the existing facilities."

Currently, only one branch of "Degusto" operates at Marjanishvili Av in Tbilisi.

"The global pandemic has caused us a lot of damage. "Degusto" would not have survived without the help of our partner, the American financial corporation Gazelle Finance, which has a 49% stake in the restaurant. Thus, it was during the pandemic that we had to close 4 branches.", noted Sandro Norakidze and added further that currently, the sale rates are getting closer to the rates of the pre-pandemic period.
