Company Kortebi to Invest 8 Million GEL in Rehabilitation of Hippodrome

The winner of the auction for the sports complex at the hippodrome is Kortebi Ltd., which has to invest 8 million GEL to implement the project.

"The area in the vicinity of the hippodrome, where tennis courts were formerly arranged, was put up for auction to arrange a sports complex, including a tennis court. The investment was about 8 million GEL, but this amount will not be enough to launch the project, the company will probably invest more.

There will be 3 tennis courts, indoor pool, fitness club, dining and recreation areas. This will be a project of urban importance.", noted the vice-mayor of Tbilisi, Irakli Khmaladze and added that the project should be completed in 2-3 years.
