Chocolate Pitchers ‘’Mouth Melters’’ Increases Production 

The founders of "Loladze Family Winery" started producing pitcher-shaped chocolate in the village of Misaktsieli in Mtskheta.

Mouth Melters is the name of the brand that has been operating for only a few months and offers its customers milk, dark, mango, blackberry, and raspberry chocolate.

As Lali Chakhvashvili, the founder of "Mouth Melters", notes at Bm.ge, initially the production process was carried out manually, and after the market was no longer able to satisfy 200 chocolates per day, the small enterprise was equipped with equipment and production expanded.

According to her, in the future, it is planned to add new flavors and fully utilize the Georgian market.

"I got involved in the process of making chocolate during the pandemic. At first, we thought that it would be enough to just melt chocolate and pour it into molds, but the process was not that simple, and we did not get the desired result until we started manufacturing chocolate technologically.

Initially, we had three types of chocolate: 70%, 54%, and milk chocolate. The volume of each chocolate pitcher is 80 grams. Later, we worked a lot on flavors and added chocolate with mango, raspberry, and blackberry filling to the production. The demand is quite high; therefore, there is a need to increase production" - Lali Chakhvashvili notes.

60,000 GEL was invested in the chocolate workshop. "Mouth melters" also benefited from the support of TBC leasing and equipped the enterprise with equipment.
