Chirifruit Plans to Start Producing Georgian Chocolate

The Georgian dried fruit and chocolate company "Chirifruit" is planning to start the production of Georgian chocolate.

According to the director of the company, Sofo Jikia, this year, company representatives were in Switzerland, where they studied the production of chocolate from grain.

"This year we were in Switzerland, where we met with chocolate experts and studied the production of chocolate from grains. This type of production will be a novelty for local businesses, this is a future plan, we need equipment, however, the production of Georgian chocolate is interesting for the market."

According to his information, at the moment it is possible to buy the products of Chirifruit in several places in Tbilisi, such as Gallery Tbilisi, duty-free, its brand store on Nikoladze street, and Orbeliani market.
