According to her, the new buyer will not have a bank obligation from the company.

"This business is owned by our family, we are all going to leave the country. We don’t think it’s worth it to stay here. It is a very good business and people know how well it can operate, ”said Mekerishvili.

"Minions" owes a total of 450,000 euros to the bank.
