Cheese School Opening to Postpone Indefinitely

The opening of a cheese school in Georgia has been postponed indefinitely due to pandemic restrictions.

According to the founder of the school, the production process of the cheese is impossible to learn virtually, therefore, the school will start functioning after the COVID situation in the country will be stabilized.

The territory for arranging the space is already chosen. The school will also be equipped with a lab inventory.

The idea to establish the school belongs to the head of the Georgian cheese producers' guild. According to Ana Mikadze, the coronavirus pandemic once more confirmed the necessity and need of founding the school.
