Château Mukhrani’s New Events Space to Open in Spring 2020

Chateau Mukhrani’s Historical Palace of the XIX century will open in spring 2021, instead of autumn 2020.

As Chateau Mukhrani’s marketing and brand manager Teona Talakhadze told the Commersant, the historical palace will play an important role in Georgia’s hospitality industry and offer diverse event spaces and top services to its clients and visitors. The rehabilitated palace was to open in autumn 2020, but the pandemic changed the company plans and the new space will host visitors in spring 2021, Teona Talakhadze noted.

“At this stage, reconstruction works are continued at the Palace. The works were to end at the end of 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic has protracted the process and the works were suspended. At this stage, we expect the Palace to open in spring 2021. Reconstruction works are expected to end this year. The Palace will comprise various events spaces, a restaurant and a presidential apartment for VIP guests, meeting rooms and various halls for corporate and wedding ceremonies”, Teona Talakhadze noted.

It is worth noting that the new interior of the Palace was designed by internationally recognized designer Juan Pablo Molino, who is the author of many excellent projects all over the world.
