Charozi's Gluten-Free Churchkhela is the Most Demanded in Japanese Market
Gluten-free Churchkhela of the company "Charozi" turned out to be a very popular product in the Japanese market.
As Elena Jishiashvili, the company's founder, told Business Partner, the company started producing the diabetic line about 1 year ago, and the product is sold both on the local and international markets.
The price of 1 kilogram (100 medium-sized) gluten-free Churchkhela is 80 GEL. The price of 1 kilogram of ordinary Churchkhela is 70 GEL.
In addition to the diabetic line, the company currently produces 9 types of sweers. Among them are apricots in dark chocolate, several types of Churchkhela, black plums with walnuts, Tsereteli barbecue, and so on.
Products produced by the company are already sold for export in Greece, France, Austria, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, and Japan.
Jishiashvili states that in addition to export, "Charozi" products are sold in several locations across Georgia. Among them, in a branded store in Nikortsminda, Gorgasali 1, and Cheese House on Paliashvili street.
"Charozi" has been operating in the market since 2020 and produces products both in Imereti (Tkibuli) and Racha (Nikortsminda).
