Ceramicas El Torrente's New Plant Starts Functioning in Georgia

Spanish company Ceramicas El Torrente finished the construction works of its factory located in Kaspi region.

According to one of the founders of Ceramicas El Torrente's branch in Georgia, Vasil Babluani, the total amount of the investment is up to 12 million GEL.

"The ceramic brick and block manufacturing plant operating in Spain was disbanded and we moved it to Georgia with its management. Important research has been conducted. We have already started selling the highest quality European products on the market and now we can provide Georgian construction companies with construction materials."

As he further noted, entering international markets is not considered yet, since the Georgian market is exploitable.

"At the initial stage, we should adapt to the local Georgian market since it needs a large number of construction products. However, entering a foreign market is also a possibility and nothing is ruled out."
