Aketi Plans to Expand its Assortment
Georgian natural Guruli tea "Aketi" plans to expand its assortment until the end of the year.
According to the head of the company, Sergo Gagua, 6-7 types of tea will appear on the market from May next year, which will also include green tea with different flavors. Currently, Aketi only produces black tea.
The company also plans to sell its production with tea bags. At the moment the Aketi sells tea on the local market, however, it is not able to export it.
"We present our production in the Georgian market in many stores, but unfortunately, we can not enter the network markets, everything is monopolized.", noted Sergo Gagua.
"Aketi" has been operating on the market for 2 years. It employs 14 people for tea picking and manages to recycle with the resources of family members.
