75-room Hotel to be Built in Old Tbilisi

"Old City Group" is building a hotel in Krtsanisi district of Old Tbilisi.

The project includes the construction of 7-storey hotel with a height of 19 meters, a 75-room hotel for short-term visitors. The complex will have a lecture hall, administration offices, gym, dining room, and bar.

According to the information posted on the architecture website, the architectural solution of the building is park architecture, which means that the building will have a flat green roof, the square will be extended. This solution creates a unified concept: the recreational area will be behind the building.

The authors of the project believe that building a multifunctional complex in the old part of Tbilisi will be the most important stimulus for the establishment of the area as a tourist center.
