53 Hectares of Tea to be Rehabilitated with the Help of Georgian Tea Program in Chkhorotsku

The state representative got acquainted with the rehabilitated tea plantations and collecting process in the village Napichkhovo, in Chkhorotsku.

LTD "Kolkhi 2018" rehabilitated 53 hectares of tea with the help of the Georgian tea program. 50 local people are employed in the collecting process and their daily salary is approximately 35-50 Lari.

Aleksandre Motserelia also visited the village Lesitchine, where he was introduced with the viticulture. He pointed out the significance of Colkhian wine and its importance.

He also visited Mukhuri, where he surveyed the beekeeping (apiculture), which works on bio honey.
