$3.5 Million GreenLife Project to be Underway in Okrokana

Building Development Company "Greenlife" is implementing a $3,5 million project in Okrokana.

As CEO of the company, Shalva Liparteliani declared with Commersant, the project involves building 76-room Apart Hotel, where mostly double rooms will be maintained. As Liparteliani explained, the sale of the apartments will start in a month, and the construction of the hotel will be finished in four months.

Shalva Liparteliani states, that the hotel's pricing policy will be adjusted to the middle segment. As he says, the cost of the room will be approximately 100-150 Lari, depending on the view.

"As far as I know, we do not have any apart-hotels in Tbilisi, these types of hotels are built in Bakuriani, Gudauri, and Batumi. This is the reason why we thought that the building of apart-hotels in Tbilisi would be profitable. There will be a restaurant arranged on the first floor of the apart-hotel, a 30-meter swimming pool will be set up on the roof, and there will also be a sauna in the hotel. The most important thing was that we did not have to cut down the trees, we chose a place where was a shop before and we only needed to dismantle the building. There is a recreational zone around. Earlier in this area were the cottages of Lavrenti Beria, where 120 different varieties of trees were planted. We want to get permission from the City Hall to create a park in this zone, including a bike path, chairs, and lights. We plan to do all this with our finances and I think they are not against it.", said Shalva Liparteliani.
