Integrating Google Pay: How TBC's Tech Team Modernized Payments
TBC has successfully implemented Google's payment system, Google Pay, for several months now. Dedicated to simplifying lives and offering superior consumer experiences, TBC swiftly adopted this advanced technology for Android and WearOS device users, leading the charge in Georgia's financial sector.
Collaboration was key in the successful rollout of Google Pay. TBC's internal teams combined their efforts to smoothly integrate this global solution into the infrastructure of the Georgian tech company in record time.
Giorgi Majevski, a system analyst at TBC and a member of the tech team, shares his enthusiasm, "Integrating Google Pay into our system was an invigorating endeavor given the high customer expectations. Knowing that our customers eagerly anticipate and rely on the products we analyze and implement fuels our motivation. Ensuring the user's needs and habits were addressed was a priority in this product's implementation."
Theo Kekelia, a member of the Digital Business Development League team, sheds light on the process. "Upon studying Google's requirements and delegating tasks, we shifted our focus to the user experience (UX) of the product. The first challenge was the user interface (UI), which we had to design based on Google's guidelines. Subsequently, we needed to align our technical solution with this UI. With each step, we sought Google's approval, ensuring the highest standard of integration."
As a pioneering technology company, TBC consistently drives innovative solutions. Central to TBC's culture and values is providing the optimal customer experience, a testament to which is the seamless integration of Google Pay.
