Bank of Georgia’s Ads Manager Marks One Year of Revolutionary Service

A year has passed since the Bank of Georgia launched Ads Manager, a pioneering platform in the region designed to boost business visibility through digital channels. This platform allows businesses to create discount, cashback, or points-based offers that reach up to 1,500,000 customers using Mobilbank, sCoolApp, and Offers.bog.ge.

Tornike Samadashvili, the owner of digital products at the Bank of Georgia, shared insights on the platform's development and its impact on businesses. "We have established one of the most technologically advanced loyalty programs not just in Georgia, but regionally. Our focus now is on enhancing the platform’s user-friendliness, which is why we’re continuously upgrading it," he explained.

Recent updates to Ads Manager include goal-oriented campaign presets, comprehensive analytics for monitoring ongoing or completed offers, and an improved dashboard and tour functionality. These enhancements have simplified navigation and usability for users. Additionally, the platform provides businesses with access to historical data to aid in planning effective offers.

"All updates are driven by user feedback, which remains at the core of Ads Manager’s development," Samadashvili noted, emphasizing the user-centered approach to evolving the platform.

The benefits for businesses using Ads Manager are substantial. They include attracting new customers, increasing average revenue, boosting sales numbers, and enhancing customer loyalty, all through data-driven solutions. "The essence of any offer lies in its analytics, which lets us evaluate the success of our campaigns and optimize future offers," Samadashvili added. The platform’s analytics tools offer detailed insights into user demographics and payment behaviors, enabling precise optimization of offers.

Samadashvili also detailed the feedback-driven development process: "We've received valuable, often critically objective feedback from numerous payment businesses, which has been instrumental in refining the product."

He further explained the operational mechanics of Ads Manager. "Offers created on our platform appear in the Bank of Georgia’s digital channels, including BOGAPP, Georgia’s largest application. The platform uses an algorithm that targets offers based on the business segment and customer spending patterns, distinguishing it from other advertising platforms that rely on digital footprints."

Looking ahead, Samadashvili is optimistic about the future of Ads Manager, which is poised for further expansion and functionality enhancements. The Bank of Georgia continues to engage with business needs and innovate at the forefront of technology.
