Misha Avsajanishvili won in the presidential elections of Bocuse d ' Or Georgia.
Team of Bocuse d'Or Georgia will be led by Misha Avsajanishvili for two years. He will present Georgian gastronomy both locally and internationally.
The activity of the president of Bocuse d'Or Georgia includes as follows:
• The culinary instructor should share the knowledge, experience, and professional skills to the team members by the standards of the country's education department, educational institutions, the Culinary Federation, and the Bocuse d'Or. Culinary masterclass should involve a minimum of 120 hours package.
• Holding official gastronomy presentations according to international protocols.
• Controlling the quality of local food standard producing and communicating with professional society.
• Defining and developing the 2-year politics of gastronomy.
