Turkish low-cost Company Pegasus Fails to Tide over in Azerbaijan Even one Year

Turkish low-cost airline, which organized flights from Gabala airport, has suspended its activity in Azerbaijan.

Baki Trans, the local office of Pegasus in Azerbaijan, says that the last flight of the airline was arranged on 30 September. Since 18 March Company’s planes flew from Gabala to Istanbul airport Sabiha Gokchen.

Pegasus does not disclose the reasons for suspension of flights, but the local representative has repeatedly stated about unprofitability of flights because of low filling of planes.
