According to the Central Credit Register Service, in Azerbaijan by January 1 there were 2 million 316 thousand 540 borrowers (+ 18.61% or 363,544 people per year).
According to the report of the Central Bank, most of them (2 million 285 thousand 226) are individuals or more simply, consumers, 10 775 are legal entities and 20 509 are individual businesses. In terms of growth consumer loans are also ahead of “competitors” – the list of private borrowers by the end of the financial cycle added 359 029 individuals. The growing number of borrowers – legal entities for the period totaled 673, and the number of individual businesses – 3 812.
