PMC research center has published a report on averaged prices of guesthouses in Georgia. According to the report, in July the averaged tariffs at guesthouses was 72 GEL.
The highest tariffs in July was registered in Kvemo Katrli (148 GEL) and Adjara (92 GEL), the report reads.
At the same time, averaged price at guesthouses in Adjara saw the past ten months’ high, while the highest averaged price in Kvemo Kartli was registered in November 2017. The lowest tariffs at guesthouses was recorded in Imereti (58 GEL) and Kakheti (62 GEL).
The report is based on information from 10 regions of Georgia, Tbilisi-based hotels with 3-star, 4-star and 5-star classifications and tariffs of standard two-bed rooms at guesthouses.
The report comprises information about 71% of hotels with 3-star, 4-star and 5-star classifications on the territory of Georgia (312 facilities) registered on Booking.com.
