Georgian startup PAPU has been listed in the top three startups at the Emerge 2018 conference held in Belarus.
Authors of the idea Elene Beridze and Medea Tlashidze announced at Women Narrative show.
Negotiations are being held with one accelerator who offered Startup to test the product in Minsk. According to young businessmen, this idea is only used in several countries around the world, but the Georgian idea is distinguished by their different characteristics. Interest in the Georgian stage was from different countries, namely Poland.
“Papu” is device, Which can be install on the all kind of garbage bin and informs about garbage level in the garbage bin at particular location. After software sends information to the garbage track and gives optimal way. Using “papu” we can decrease number of routes and create the optimal plans. Tracks will not travel chaotically and will visit only full garbage bins by the shortest way which will be drawn by the “papu”. It solves waste management problems: Extra money consumption and time consumption and traffic jams cause by cars for garbage bins in cities.
