“We have recently talked about incomplete buildings and structures. We have described them. Ilia Eloshvili has worked in this direction. There are about 179 similar structures. I have discussed this situation with the Prime Minister. Consequently, the Government provides full support to resolve this problem. I instruct Irakli Khmaladze and Ilia Eloshvili to launch work in this direction. I also address development companies, building companies, architects to take active steps. We have problems with unfinished buildings in the capital city. I urge you to submit your offers and proposals. We will provide overall support to maximally quickly resolve these problems so as we do not have unfinished structures in the capital city”, the Tbilisi Mayor noted.

There are a lot of people, who have paid money and they have been waiting for their own space for many years, Kaladze noted.
