Ministry Cabinet will renovate state training program for Job Seekers.
According to Prime Minister George Kviriakshvili, the mentioned program is the essential part of the government’s 4-point reform plan.
“The program is characterized by several key issues: the first, it is not a simple mediation between employers and job seekers, that is a partnership-based model on a private and state cooperation, which includes the important factors.
One of them is that potential employers will actively engaged in the training of personal via their training centers. The state will be dynamically involved as well.
As of our assessment, this will be very successful program, which should have real possibilities. However, the project is in line with the content of 4-point reform plan”, – Davit Sergeenko, minister of Healthcare has declared while submitting the project.
The aim of the training program for job seekers is to increase their competitiveness in line of labor market demands and support job seekers’ employment.
