Government to Spend 7 million GEL on Rehabilitation and Equipping of Medical Facilities

Government of Georgia has approved the 2018 state program for rehabilitation and equipping of medical facilities. The state budget will finance the program with 6 740 300 GEL.

The bulk of the subsidies (5.5 million GEL) will be spent on construction of multipurpose university clinic in the village of Rukhi, Zugdidi Municipality.

Emergency Center will be financed by 510 000 GEL. New offices in 52 administrative unites will be equipped with furniture, home appliances and due devices. 430 000 GEL will be allocated to Infectious Hospital for covering the leasing fee.

41 500 will be allocated for Interior Ministry for purchasing medical equipment for emergency center in the village of Krtsanisi, Gardabani Municipality.

11.8 million GEL will be allocated to the Intelligence Office for purchasing medical equipment.
